Conflict of interest management policy

As a portfolio management company, Cartesia must respect the principle of the primacy of its clients’ interests. Cartesia takes all reasonable measures to prevent conflicts of interest by setting up an organization and procedures allowing the prevention and management of conflicts of interest.

Selection of intermediaries and counterparties

Cartesia has established a policy for selecting intermediaries and counterparties to ensure the best execution of its market operations carried out as part of its management and RTO activities.

Execution report

This report presents the list of the main intermediaries and counterparties used for the transmission of orders in order to obtain the best possible execution in accordance with “RTS 28” of the MiFID 2 Directive.

Upon receipt, we undertake to acknowledge receipt of said complaint:

– within a maximum period of 10 working days except in cases where our response can be provided within this period;

– respond to you within a maximum of 2 months from the date of receipt.

Shareholder engagement policy
